O! live is superior quality, Koroneiki single variety, organic extra virgin olive oil. It has vivid, golden-green color, subtle aroma, mild, fruity flavor of green apple, artichoke and tomato with hints of bitterness, leaving a gentle spicy imprint that discreetly escapes from our palette, round body and velvety texture.

O! live is a magnificent quality monovarietal organic extra virgin olive oil. A triumph of wonderful aroma, delicate fruity flavors with bright grassy notes, velvety texture, soft subtle finish and unique phenolic composition.
The distinct character and excellent quality of our pure liquid health is influenced by few very important factors: The small fruited Koroneiki variety. One side slightly curved and features a small nipple, fleshy olives, with high oil content.
The unique geography and microclimate of Mani where our family olive trees are living healthy for centuries. The knowledge of the secrets of good (organic) farming, the experience, dedication, hard work and a little luck and cooperation of Mother Nature. The regular harvest when the olives are colorful blend of bright green unripe and partially ripened red-violet fruits, transformed into olive oil in the same day, by mechanical cold extraction where temperature during the crushing process does not exceed 25 °C.
The perfect storage conditions and the natural “filtering” (sedimentation) - using stainless steel tanks where all the polyphenols are preserved and the oxidation avoided. With respect to the environment and our customers we always use high quality opaque glass bottles as not to absorb the UV light, preserve the aroma, the flavor and maintain all the nutritional values at their initial levels.
Eco-friendly and 100% recyclable. Packed and labeled by hand. The aluminum screw-on closure is non-refillable, anti-drip and tamper-proof following the European regulations. Store in a dark, dry and cool place to enjoy the exceptional taste and quality until the last drop.
NUTRITIONAL VALUE
Modern science identified today, what Hippocrates suggested 2,000 years ago, who called the extra virgin olive oil “the great healer”. The high nutritional value of extra virgin olive oil is due to its chemical composition and the essential fatty acids it contains.
O! live 100% Koroneiki varietal organic extra virgin olive oil has a very high content (72%) of oleic acid a monounsaturated omega-9 fatty acid.
It has a very high level of flavonoid polyphenols, the natural antioxidants (more than 350 PPM from the expected range of 50-500 PPM) that contribute to a bitter notes as aftertaste, astringency and resistance to oxidation and provides a wide range of anti-inflammatory benefits that can positively impact illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, and asthma, lowering the risk of coronary disease and cancer.
