Our Olive Trees

The olive tree is one of the oldest cultivated trees in the world and, according to Homer, the first people to cultivate it were the Greeks 10,000 years ago.
From the Ancient Times until today, the olive tree has a direct relationship with Greek culture, economy, art, customs and traditions as a symbol of peace, wisdom, glory, fertility, power and purity.

Nowadays as an agent against global warming, olive trees have a positive carbon balance – they take more CO2 out of the atmosphere than is emitted during the olive oil production process.

Our olive trees belong exclusively to Koroneiki variety which are organically grown on mount terraces of Mani.

Called “the queen of olives”, Koroneiki olives are considered and are recognized globally as one of the preferred varietals for production of superior quality extra virgin olive oil. Known for its regal, small fruits, but having a high quality oil yield,

Consistently, with sustainable care of the land, by using the strictest rules of organic farming, we cultivate our almost 30 hectares of healthy, long-lived olive trees to continue and preserve our family tradition and heritage.

Our immense respect for the olive tree and the legacy of our ancestors is for us the supreme commitment to кееp.
