The rich flavor and the deep fruity aroma of Kalamon variety olives can be detected in the fine texture of olive paste O! live, along with elegant notes of our organic extra virgin olive oil, wild oregano from the slopes of Taygetos mount, garlic and natural sea salt from Mani, thanks mainly to the stringent selection of the raw material and the slow process of grinding and mixing it.
